Responsibilities: • Telephone system and equipment is operated as per supplier specifications.
• Professional telephone etiquette and principles are adhered to at all times
• Ability to follow an enquiry through from the initial call to any follow-up correspondence.
• Patients scheduled according to Doctor availability and as per Mediclinic Standards.
• Doctors Appointment calendars are created and updated.
• Patients and doctors related services and general information are updated and available on continuous basis.
• Act as a source of information about clinics services, policies and rules.
