- Organize and coordinate the day-to-day schedule of the Executive manager.
- Manage communication channels and respond to correspondence appropriately on behalf of the executive.
- Prepare internal and external documents, including reports and letters.
- Maintain the electronic and paper files of the company and ensure they are updated regularly.
-Provide general administrative support, including taking phone calls and handling inquiries.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive manager.
Responsible for supporting all aspects of the Executive Manager’s work including:
- appointments and the diary
- producing agendas, minutes, and all key
paperwork for meetings
- assist and support with preparing all tender
documents and uploading it online
- Arranging delivery and gate pass
- Maintaining company’s filing system
- To provide full administrative support, including
typing, fax, and photocopying
- Providing secretarial and administrative
assistance to the Manager.
- Preparation of office related documents, faxes,
letters & maintaining appointments, preparing
memos & Minutes of meeting.
- Maintaining/updating the company’s effective
filing system related to all confidential
documents, reports, and business plans.
- Administration of entire office and maintenance
of petty cash and data recording.
- Organizing all overseas and local business trips,
preparing travel itineraries, flight & hotel
bookings.

Responsible for supporting all aspects of the department’s work including:
- Check/Receive all correspondence from the
contractors
- Attending telephone calls, handling
incoming/outgoing correspondence, filing.
- Typing all office correspondence.
- Scanning all incoming/outgoing letters.
- Correspondence and follow-up on a regular basis with various suppliers and customers for all matters related to material ordering, delivery schedules, etc.
- Attend to Management phone calls and taking messages in their absence.
- Typing office correspondence, photocopying, filing and maintenance of office records related to management, various suppliers, customers, staff, etc.
- Arranging appointments, meetings and coordination between the company management, sales & marketing personnel, customers, etc.
