Handling Student Visa application.
Follow Up Student Visa, Insurance and Passport Expiry Date.
Coordinating with HR and PRO in related to student visa issues and applications.
Adhere, enforce, and effectively implement student office policies and procedures
Meet and greet students and visitors
Receive applications for student support services and resources
Maintain student records on database
Maintain confidentiality of students record
Facilitate circulation of documents and utilization of notice boards
Assist in research, price, and purchase of office furniture and supplies
Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences
Maintain and distribute staff weekly schedules and calendar
Support staff in assigned project based work
Participate in office meetings and events as assigned
Other duties as assigned
To perform duties as assigned by Manager support services and Allocated Officer
Facilitating Students Transportation for Abu Dhabi University
Arrange driver schedule every semester. And evaluating employees
Preparing memo and inter office memo for staff and drivers.
Attending meeting in different departments in Abu Dhabi University
Communicating in the Student’s Academic Services
Facilitating also transportation outside training for students
Preparing time sheet and overtime of drivers
Renting cars from outside customers and university faculty and staff.
Handling staff and drivers records/credentials.
Responsible for overall staff and driver’s performance.
Conducting applicant interview.
Updating and handling Employee Files including their Original Passport Records and Office Important Documents and maintain confidentially.
Making Memorandum, Letters and Company Quotations.
Preparing GM Appointments to CEO, Banks and Car Dealers.
Arrange and coordinate meetings and conferences.
Handling office stationery/office supplies.
Handling mails/faxes from various clients.
Update and remind GM scheduled meetings/appointments.
Maintain and distribute driver daily and weekly schedule for limousine services.
Maintain hard copy of clients records such us, Driving License, Passport Copy, ID, credit card copy and original rental agreement for future references.
Making Daily and Monthly Business Report/Monthly Invoices
Making Daily Collection Report and Expenses Report
Making Vehicle Status Report
Preparing Cheques for suppliers Payment
Updating and collecting payments from the client
Responsible to assist students for their inquiries regarding their courses.
Evaluating students in their curriculum.
Proper filling for student’s files and confidential documents.
Preparing computerize enrollment and assisting students during their enrollment.
Turnover of students files to their corresponding departments for their major courses.
Reporting to Vice President of Academic Affairs concerning student’s records and concerns.
Attending academic meetings with VPAA/VPAD and President of the schools.
Attending school campaigns in recruiting students.
Preparing Yearly Curriculum.
Releasing student’s grades after final examinations.
Preparing professional examinations every period.
