 Research Accounting:
 Monitors grants/funds received from QNRF(Qatar National Research Fund)
 Manages monthly financial status reports as required by Project Investigators (PI) for UREP and NPRP projects
 Coordinates and reconciles research financials reports maintained at the Calgary main campus for QNRF(Qatar National Research Fund) reporting
 Reviews research expense claims and issues compliance certificates for payment of research related expenditures

 General Ledger (GL) Accounting:
 Provides financial reports to the Director, Finance (Balance Sheet Analyses, Bank Reconciliations, Foreign Exchange Translation Adjustments)
 Acts as finance support staff while AP officer, AR coordinator, PO Officer and Receiving clerk are away or on holidays
 Supports faculty and trains faculty/research admin assistants in the submission and coordination of PeopleSoft expense reports
