three large-scale villa projects (up to 153 units), covering structural,
architectural, and civil scopes.

Conduct detailed calculations for concrete, steel reinforcement,
blockwork, plaster, paint, and other materials, ensuring accuracy and
completeness for procurement and execution.

Prepare and submit Commercial Approval Forms (CAFs) to facilitate
vendor and subcontractor agreements, aligning technical
specifications with commercial terms.

Develop comprehensive construction plans including mobilization
strategies, quality control procedures, and execution methodologies
for all disciplines: civil, architectural, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.

Coordinate cross-functional inputs to ensure alignment between
design intent, site execution, and contractual obligations.

Ensured exceptional workmanship by adhering strictly to approved
data, materials, tools, and testing equipment.

Addressed and rectified production challenges, including paint quality
and commercial building practices.

Managed job site resources, maintaining meticulous daily reports on
project progress.

Conducted inspections of existing structures following natural
