➢ Scrutinizing, screening and short listing resumes according to the requirement based on specific criteria, skills, platforms, qualifications and relevant experience

➢ Scheduling and conducting interviews as requested by the client for short listed candidates, follow up with the candidates to further the transaction
➢ Coordination with the clients from the interview stage till the closure of the requirement
➢ Scheduling technical/final interviews with the team lead and follow up on the feedbacks
➢ Informing candidates about the results of their interviews
➢ Keeping a systematic record of the candidates who had attended the interview.
➢ Creating reports on daily, weekly, monthly needs
➢ Closing the positions


➢ Contacted 300+ candidates for different positions from various states of India for recruitment in India and abroad
➢ Done a presentation in the company
