FALCONCITY OF WONDERS
The project is located in Dubai and it is occupying about 4, 000, 000 square meter, hosting the seven wonders of the world, commercial centers, a signature theme park, family centers, sports facilities, educational institutes and more than 5, 500 residential units that vary in design, location and size. There are four distinguished designs for the residential villas, inspired from four different sides of the world. The Aegean theme from countries surrounding the Aegean Sea, the Andalusia theme from the romantic days of Andalusia, the New World theme from New Hampshire and the beautiful country side of England, and the Santa Fe theme from Southern California and Mexico.
Responsibilities:
▫ Preparation of Final Design Drawings and Tender Drawings for Client’s approval
▫ Preparation of the documentation for Dubai Municipality approval
▫ Design coordination between architectural, structural and electromechanical disciplines

PLACE VENDOME
The Project is located in a prime plot at Lusail Entertainment City encompassing an area of approximately 200, 000 sq.m
Place Vendome, is a mixed use development and will accommodate two malls, M1 and M2, each one consisting of 2B+LG+UG+1st Floor+2nd Floor, as well as three hotels, H1, H2 and H3, each one consisting of 2B+LG+UG+12 Floors. The whole complex will comprise of a combination of high- end and medium- range shops, entertainment and media amenities, food and beverage facilities, whereas the hotels
to be developed, will be 5 star. The site is subdivided into two areas, by a water canal and the two Malls are connected by two bridges. Total BUA: approximately 1mil. sq.m.

LUSAIL MARINA CP10B1
The Project is located north of Doha in “Lusail Development” a 2000 hectare site. The work of this project will develop in the southern and south-eastern limit of the city and will include many features and amenities, such as Marinas; pergolas structure; interactive water features; kiosks; restaurants; marina fuel dock and viewing platforms;
all in a high profile landscape environment, reflecting the distinctive destination that the Lusail Real Estate Development Company is planning. SALFO is providing design services during the construction
of Marina District East, South and North Promenades Public Realm Development in Qatar. SALFO’s scope includes the Contractor’s support in the preparation of project designs (Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, Landscaping Soft and Hard, etc.) and BIM Services.
Responsibilities:
