- Giving supervision to the staff and updating all the information that are needed by our head office (passport, health card and other important staff documents)
- Entering Invoices ( Deliveries and Returns) through our CPAY system
- Entering Logs and Complaints (Job orders, lost and found and site technical errors) through our I.T help Desk and or through Human Resource Department.
- Updating all site uncontrolled documents such as plan-o-gram, expiry list form and control sheets
- Managing the station most especially in the absence of the manager.
- Giving a proper action to the staff who failed to follow the company’s rules and regulations through the fair disciplinary action.
- Entering the Site Sales per shift and day directly to the system and ensuring that all reports coming from the VeriFone Machine and POS are tally before closing the shift to prevent errors and differences that might lead to any shortages and excess.
- Making the staff’s duty roster on a weekly basis.
- Handling Customer Complaints.
- Receiving Telephone calls from clients for SIM registrations
