ASX-listed companies, major banks and professional services firms in relation to regulatory investigations commenced by the Australian Securities and Investments Commissions;
Indigenous clients in relation to their rights under the various Stolen Wages Reparation Schemes;

Conducting external investigations and, in light of the investigation outcomes, advising on strategy, employment law issues, enhancement of internal compliance procedures and relevant reporting obligations for:
an ASX-listed company in relation to alleged foreign corrupt practices by employees. This work included advising on protection regimes for whistleblowers;
a bank in relation to personal account trading by employees of various stocks that are traded on the ASX;
an investment bank in relation to an employee's claim of unfair dismissal;
a global hotel management group in relation to alleged fraudulent conduct by its Chief Operating Officer;
a professional services firm in relation to an employee's contravention of the firm's procedures governing dealing in securities and accordingly, possible breaches of the firm's Australian Financial Services Licence; and
a professional services firm in relation to misuse of confidential information by employees.
