Filing all finance documents (Contracts, Receipt & payment vouchers).
Credit Cards deduction through online on Customers
Making the cheque payments to vendors
Provide high level of executive support to the leadership team.
Manage and maintain executive’s schedules, appointments and travel arrangements.
Facilitate the smooth running of the office by managing all administrative activities.
Planning and scheduling meetings, appointments, trainings and conferences.
Managing procurement of office supplies, budgets, and office expenditure.
