Management of capacity building initiative:
•Support the groups and coops members by identifying the expertise and daily follow up needed and ensuring that the technical aspects of the project are running in accordance with the initiative’s objectives and strategies:
•Organize Empowerment and Capacity building activities for the beneficiaries.
•Provision of needed services (e.g.: accounting, communication, and marketing).
•Support the line of production by beneficiaries.
•Implementation of events and ceremonies.
•Manage expenses according to the budget, under the supervision of the Program Coordinator and Finance department regulations.
•Report expenses forecasts and needs.
•Organize day-to-day time management
•Receive referrals from different agencies and ensure proper planning of HHs assessment visits;
•Coordination with M&E department for internal referral of UCAP assessment
•Organize and participate in Weekly Shelter Panel Meetings in collaboration with UNHCR;
•Refer eligible cases to Shelter Manager for shelter provision and for financial assistance;
•Manage Shelter Assessment and Emergency Assistants and build their capacity;
Management of Protection Assessment/ Emergency Cash Assistance (BPRM/UNHCR)
•Supervise the work of Protection Assessment Assistants during the assessment visits;
•Ensure the accuracy of data collected in the field;
•Refer selected cases to Shelter Manager for shelter provision;
•Participate in Eviction Meetings;
•Coordinate with other national and international service providers.
Management of Protection Desk- Danish Refugee Council
•Supervise correct functionality of Protection Desk at Community Center;
•Manage the staff of 2 Protection Desk Assistants and build their capacity;
•Ensure the accuracy of data collected at Protection Desks and referral pathway;
•Follow up referrals.
Management of Protection Monitoring activities- Danish Refugee Council
•Coaching, monitoring and supporting one Protection Monitoring assistant during the Protection
Monitoring activities (Focus Group Discussion, Key Informant Interview, Service Mapping and Information session)
•Preparing, monitoring and evaluating the protection activities;
•Capacity building of the DRC outreach team in relation to all protection activities (referral,
follow up, counseling, basic intervention skills, etc)
•Continuous coordination with all relevant stakeholders regarding the progress of the protection activities
•Reporting, Writing and an evaluation report on the protection activities/team (achievements, challenges, recommendations, as well providing relevant input for the monthly reports and other donor reports
•Social Follow up with refugees presenting difficulties of integration.
•Intervening with families having children with mental disorder.
•Providing psycho-social support and assistance to the persons with specific needs.
•Accompaniment and awareness with pregnant women.
•Focal point on the project Child Rights.
•Providing assistance to the vulnerable families with unconditional cash and NFI’s.
•SGBV, IMS (sexual and gender based violence) and Child Protection Focal Point.
•ICM (individual case management).
All Interventions were conducted with the coordination among different partners UNHCR, MOSA, IMC, MSF and UNICEF.
Social Intervention
•Guiding students with educational, behavioral and social problems; Follow up on student improvement through action plan and Parental follow up for better results
•Social Accompaniment, Individual assistance to teenagers with slight mental deficiency and Impending a young female to trespass the age phase from youth to adulthood.
