Consolidates/liaise directly with FM suppliers on cleaning/large equipment, cleaning chemicals and cleaning tools with different suppliers in the UAE region and review costing of supplies on a timely manner
Conducts, review and mitigates process flows all risk assessment on all task that has to be performed before the execution of the work
Conduct HSE relevant tool box talk and identifies key strength and weakness and develop thru extensive briefings at site and physical collaboration with all cleaning staffs
Review of work method statements and update risk assessments on all cleaning tasks to be performed, review and update from time to time
Conducts housekeeping Site Surveys which enable operations to effectively perform during the contract duration period and meet the required standard for cleaning service provision
Performance Review for workers and succession planning inputs for internal promotions
