Job Responsibilities :
•Update the programme in weekly based on site progress.
•Preparation / compilation of weekly & monthly progress report.
•Preparation of daily site diary & progress report to the client and consultant.
•Preparation of weekly progress layout using Bluebeam Revu software.
•Every other day site visit for progress report.
•Updating the subcontractor productivity based on their daily productivity report.
•Updating the rebar or reinforcement delivery.
•Updating the daily tradesmen utilization reports.
•Preparation of concrete forecast & plant & labour allocation based on Sr.
and Time Study
•Make recommendation and feasibility study regarding the area
•Make standard time and allowances to the workers
•Stress out the problems regarding the output and the quality of the product
