Enterprise Risk Management Lead
• Managing the ERM department: Established the ERM department by conducting a gap analysis and creating a five-year roadmap strategy to improve the enterprise's maturity level. Developed the strategy, policy, process, and procedure which includes the risk identification techniques, RBS, Enterprise Risk Matrix, treatment strategies, and more.
• Risk Process management: Provide support to departments, contractors, and operators in identifying and analyzing risks through qualitative and quantitative methods. Facilitate integration of these risks across the enterprise and collaborate with stakeholders to develop effective treatment plans and recommend improvements.
• Inherent & FIFA world cup 2022 risks: Produce a list of common risks encountered in similar organizations & events and suggest them to the departments for further analysis. Follow-up with the owners on the progress of actions & event readiness. Successfully supported the organization to deliver outstanding operation during the World Cup 2022 with no accidents or major issues.
• IRMS Software: Develop and manage an in-house Integrated Risk Management System (IRMS) with the IT department's support. The IRMS streamlines risk management by capturing risks through customizable forms, conducting analyses, capturing treatment plans, and assigning owners with email notifications and reminders. The implementation of the IRMS improved risk management efficiency and organization-wide preparedness.
• High-level reports: Prepare and present ERM reports to key stakeholders, including the CEO, Risk Committee, State Audit Bureau, and Ministry of Transport. The reports provided actionable recommendations and ensured compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Training: Develop and conduct ongoing training, workshops, and awareness programs for employees at all levels to promote risk awareness and cultivate a positive risk culture that aligned with the organization's goals and values. As a result of these efforts, employees were better equipped to identify and manage risks.

Project Controls Manager
• Project(s): Appointed as Project Control Manager for various projects, noticeably the feasibility study of the Maglev vs. HSR connecting Qatar with KSA, Bahrain, and UAE.
• Team management: Lead, Monitor, and train a team of Project Control & Risk Coordinators.
• Planning using P6: Review, comment and approve baseline programs, monthly submissions of schedule updates, and delay analysis.
• Reporting & Risk: Review and approve the weekly and monthly progress reports including progress, deliverables list, EVM, KPIs, S curves, and more.
