I'm working as office assistant and i also handle a warehouse. I'm doing reports and receiving the items shipments.
My role is to promote the product of our company and give idea to the customers what the benefits and ingredients of our products. I do suggesting, cross selling and up selling to have a high sales and gain the profits of the store. And i make sure that i give the needs and wants of the customer to give the customer satisfaction. More customers more sales.
I have studied at TESDA computer programming for just two months. After that I work as sales and marketing where I learned process and techniques of promoting,selling,and distributing a product or service and the functions involved in moving goods from producer to consumer.
