• Preparation of Project Quality Plan, Method Statements, Close out of Site Notes and NCRs.
• Preparation and Submittal of Monthly Quality Reports and Progress.

• Make Method Statement, Quality Checklist, Quality Control Procedure, Inspection and Test Plan for each Civil, Architectural and MEP activities of all jobs on-hand of the company.
• Submit QA/QC weekly and monthly QA/QC Reports to the Consultant Engineer.

•Reinforced snagging and de-snagging activities for high end residential villas at Saadiyat Island project.
Assisted the manufacturing division obtained its Dubai Central Laboratory product certification by completing the QMS documentation requirements.
•Managed 4 Site QA/QC Engineers on daily basis.
•Completed Quality Assurance/Quality Control supervision of 6 (G+0) residential villas in Kalifa City A, Siemens transformer factory in ICAD 2, and 11 Police Academy Building and Facilities for Abu Dhabi Police
Controlled the inspection of all construction site activities of Executive Jet Facility Gatehouse Building at Dubai Airport Free Zone Terminal 2 for Department of Civil Aviation.
In charged of site inspections of 2 Residential and Commercial towers for Arabtec Contracting, 3 residential villas for local clients, Dragon Mall power substation for Siemens/DEWA and Sewage Treatment Plant for METITO and showroom for VIP client.
Performed quality inspection/ supervision of 5 pumping stations in Taif, demolition and repair of 15 storey commercial building in Jeddah, and selective demolition and reconstruction of SWCC’s desalination plant, wharves and platforms.
Responsible for inspecting all civil works activities of contractors/sub-contractors in Petron Bataan Refinery Expansion Project Group B and Product Pier Extension Project Group A.
