- Involved in all phases of End-to End implementation of SAP ERP/EWM/WM and MM including Blue Printing design and configuration, Developments, Testing, Data Migration, SAT, FAT, UAT, Business Users Training and Post Production Support.

- Coordinate with the department stakeholders to discuss and decide business related task to pave a smooth way for Go - Live of the projects.
- Prepared a Cutover Plan with the consent of SAP support, IT Helpdesk, SAP Basis, SAP Data, Inbound and Outbound management team.
- Provide 24/7 onsite support to the project implemented site to help the issue to be short at out ASAP without hampering business operation.
- HHT and Barcode printer setup and configuration.
- Configuration of Storage type, storage section, Bin type, Activity area, Door, Bin Structure etc.
- Configuration of HU (Packaging specification) for case picking, layer picking and full pallets.
- Configuration of stock type, Storage Process, Warehouse Order, Warehouse Task, Process types, Document types.
- Inbound Processes (GR, Put away Rules & Strategies, and HU Deconsolidation).
- Outbound Processes (GI, Wave processing, VAS, Storage control).
- Internal processes (Replenishment, and Ad-Hoc Movements and Posting changes. Warehouse Monitor).
- Installing, configuring and maintain network services, devices, LAN/WAN hardware such as routers, layer2&3 switches, configuring VLAN, structured Ethernet cabling & system installations and keep network documentations and network diagram for records.
- Ensure high availability network infrastructure in order to provide maximum performance to users, network infrastructure which includes LAN, WAN, VOICE, Wireless and Firewalls
- Troubleshoot the technical issues with IP Camera, IP Phone, switches, wireless & network devices and providing the technical support for all
Al-kharj sites, dairy including farming.
- Responsible & performing disaster recovery backups of routers, switches, wireless controllers and call managers.
- Handling IP Camera Server (Milestone & QNAP), Configure & Troubleshooting IP Camera like Axis & Mobotix.
- IP Phone, IP Camera & Cisco switches troubleshoot & configuration.
- MPLS Link Circuit, Voice Circuit & VSAT escalate to the vendor and RF connectivity troubleshooting.
- Handling network Monitoring (Solarwind), Cisco call manager & Wireless Controller.
- Establishing to CISCO Technical Assistant (TAC), for replacement of the faulty Cisco devices & the HP devices that under of warranty.
- Termination and repairing network points issue.
- Providing daily operational support, according network connection related issue daily troubleshooting.
- Participating Support in 24x7 on-call rotations.
