• Preparing (HVAC) Heating and ventilating air condition, (CHWS/R) Chilled water supply and return pipe shop drawing as per (IFC) Issued for construction drawing using
Auto Cad R2014 & MEP 2012 BIM modeling, Autodesk Navisworks Products.
• Preparing AHU Mechanical plant room, pumps room and heat exchanger with a cross section details shop drawing.
• Preparing Coordination MEP Services Layout and Cross Section detail drawings. Using AutoCAD R-2014 & MEP 2012 BIM modeling.
• Preparing Ventilation Schematic riser diagrams supply, return, exhaust, fresh air, lift lobby staircase pressurization and smoke extract.
• Preparing Chilled water supply and return pipes schematic riser diagrams.
• Create “as built” drawing at the end of the project using the information gathered form the project personnel in order to ensure accurate billing from the client and/or main Contractor.
• Preparing Builders Work for all services layout.
• Create publish a sheet set to PDF files.

• Preparing (CSD) Combined Services Layout and Cross Section detail drawings. using AutoCAD R-2006, 2007
• Preparing (ISD) Individual Services Layout drawings.
• Preparing Isometric drawing for ducting, jet nozzle, grills & diffuser installation.
• Preparing Seismic Restraints B.O.Q Support Services layout drawings.
• Coordinate with the Drafting Coordinator in order to translate the design drawing into viable and accurate working drawings.
• Finalize and official submit the working design to the project manager for subsequent approval from client.
• Create “as built” drawing at the end of the project using the information gathered form the project personnel in order to ensure accurate billing from the client and/or main Contractor.

Department (MECHANICAL)
• Prepares shop drawing for Mechanical ducting, Chilled water Pipes, equipment layout as per design drawing. using AutoCAD R-2006 (Schematic, design drawing)
• Develops schematic drawings and single line diagrams
• Prepares Heating/Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) detail drawing with system coordination and combined services such as electrical, plumbing, drainage, fire protection and builder’s works
• Produces 3-dimensional HVAC drawing with coordination and incorporation with combined services such as electrical cable tray, bus bars, plumbing, drainage and fire protection
• Prepares and finalize all drawings of pumps, heat exchanger, AHU (Air Handling Unit), FCU (Fan Coil Unit), piping valves and fitting arrangement connections
• Prepares revisions for shop drawing or effect changes as required
• Coordination with site engineers & mechanical/plumbing CAD designers for clashing of services & impediments. Prepares detailed coordinated drawings for all services utilizing sections & isometric drawings.
• Performs occasional construction site visits for coordination and assessment of issued shop drawings.

• Encode into computer architectural and civil work drawings to be used as base drawing for HVAC (Heating Ventilating and Air conditioning) works shop drawings
• Prepares HVAC drawings, providing installation details and elevation coordination with other disciplines
• Reflects into the shop drawing detail s of approved materials &equipment schedules
• Reflects into the shop drawing consultant’s comments on submitted drawings
• Prepares drawing of below grade chilled water pipes and valve box arrangement including section details
• Responsible for safekeeping of electronics files and other documents
• Performs other duties as assigned
