Arrangements, Construction Drawing and other related.
- Knowledge on standard code interpretations such as ASME codes, AWS codes, API codes, ASTM codes, IACS codes and other related in welding and construction as required.
- Interpretations of Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and Procedure Qualifications Record (PQR) such as identifying the materials, thickness, P. number, weld gap, consumables and other stated data on WPS or PQR.
- Identify welder skills such as verification of Welder Qualification Records if qualified in particular material to be weld.
- Identifying welding defects such as porosity, crack, undercut, under fill, lack of penetration, overlap, incomplete penetration, incomplete reinforcement, excessive reinforcement and other weld defects on such as piping weld, structural weld and static equipment weld such as vessel, exchanger, utility tanks, columns etc., .
- Interpret and analyzing procedures such as Hydro static test, Air Test, Vacuum Test, Load Test, Vertical
Alignment Verification, and other required test on construction.
- NDT verification and intermediate knowledge on interpretation such as PT, UT, MT, and RT.
- Perform Inspection, such as Fit-up inspection, Welding inspection, load test, hydro static test and others such static equipment like vessel, exchanger, tanks, etc., .
- Identifying materials to be used in constructions as per required such as sizes, composition, condition etc.., .
- Identify and itemize catalyst thru MSDS, such as reclaimable or non-reclaimable.
- Monitoring of catalyst loading.
- Compile reports and documentations as records.

1. Performed inspection with the owner/client representative with the 3rd party such as
Bureau Veritas (BV), Lloyd Reregister (LR), American Bureau of Standard (ABS) and Germanischer Lloyd (GL). As well as recording all comments and advice prior for repair and apply standard application as per IACS code.
2. Ensure the quality of the hull welding works, hull outfitting weld quality and hull outfitting installations of the vessel.
3. Ensure that all the specifications of the standard should be imposed as per stated in
IACS.
4. Make a reasonable remedy in any repair works and rectify economically.
5. Ensures that all methods are followed accordance with the specifications for all works
to be done in structural works such as the alignment, installation of all components/parts appropriate distance and orientation of the structural members of the ship.

parts cause of the defect, the date of purchase and the mileage date.

4. Analyze what are the parts always having encountered failure and made recommendation/advice for earlier rectification for the unit sold and unsold.
5. Make a friendly relation between customers and the dealership.

1. Assist customer(s) for unit repair and periodic maintenance repair of the vehicle.
2. Cost Estimate of unit repair(s) and if PMS (Preventive Maintenance Service), as well as the parts repair before proceed to rectify and advice to customer for approval.
3. Advice the customer how long the service repair to be done.
4. Remind customer for additional parts that need to replace and status of repair service done
5. Assure the service repair should be done properly and the unit is fully operated
correctly
6. Endorse to customer the unit after all service done.
