Manage the Digital Marketing Team and agencies, Create Corporate communication Plans and
strategy, Managing All Digital Marketing Activities, reporting to Corporate marketing head, create
strategies, develop, implement, track and optimize Samsung digital marketing campaigns across all digital
channels for all Samsung products.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
◼ Leading Digital Marketing Team and Agencies.
◼ Create Corporate Marketing communication plans for Consumer electronics products
◼ Create Samsung yearly digital strategy with Strong goals and achievements
◼ Create Digital Guidelines for Samsung website, Social Media, Visuals and Digital Campaigns
◼ Manage budget and utilize it to increase performance, sales, awareness .
◼ Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising
campaigns
◼ Design, build and maintain Samsung social media presence
◼ Analyze Digital reports and work on enhancements on all applied Plan on the go
◼ Consumers Analysis on Social Media to optimize the content calendars
◼ Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI
and KPIs)
◼ Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
◼ Collaborate with internal Product teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
◼ Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels
and customer touch points
◼ Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
◼ Apply global and local Compliance guidelines on all digital materials
◼ Part of the e-commerce team, working on 2019 plan to apply e-commerce on Samsung.com
◼ Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where
Appropriate
ACHIEVEMENTS:
◼ Part of the Success of Launching Samsung Mobile products from S3 to S9 and From Note1 to Note8.
◼ Applied the Buy now method to link to the partners website
◼ Handled all Marketing BTL activities in the absence of my Manager
◼ Created the Infrastructure of the digital Marketing department in Samsung Saudi Arabia
◼ Developed and managed 5 versions of Samsung.com that was not exist
