Fixed Assets
Fixed Assets Accounting:
•Capitalization of all the Fixed Assets of the Company including group level.
•Sole member in automation from manual FAR to Oracle ERP Implementation
•Sole member in automation from Oracle ERP to Oracle Fusion Implementation
•Review of CIP (Projects under construction) and ensure its Capitalization on time.
•Analysis & Review for Capitalization of Capital projects including all the subsidiary business units like Academy, Logistics, Hospital, Hotel, Stadium, Sports club, Printing press, Kidzania etc.
•Capital Projects Creation & Maintenance in system
•Review of CAPEX Open PO’s and subsequent Capitalization
•Managing Capitalization, Depreciation and Disposal of Fixed Assets.
•Maintenance of Fixed Assets Register at Equipment level in ERP
•Creation & Maintenance of project wise database of CAPEX spend
•Tracking of CAPEX PO’s and their Reconciliation with FA Records and Payments.
•Liaison with Internal & External Auditors for IFRS Compliance
Reporting:
•Reporting Schedules of CAPEX and Depreciation
•Consolidated Reporting of CAPEX on Group level covering all the associated business entities (Academy, Logistics, Hospital, Hotel, Sports Club, Printing Press etc.).
•Project wise Reporting & Analysis for CAPEX
•CAPEX Position reporting for Insurance purposes.
Accounts Payable:
•Liaison with the Vendors for proper invoicing and CAPEX payments.
•Scrutinization of invoices from the vendors for proper Capitalization data and for CAPEX Accounting in Accounts Payable module.
•Liaison with the Ministry for Capital Projects payments.
Physical Verification & Reconciliation:
•Comparison of Physical Count of all the Assets of the Co. and updating in ERP system.
•Track Movements of Assets and updating in ERP
PR/PO Progress:
•Tracking of CAPEX PO’s and their reconciliation with FA Records and Payments.
•Manage & Report on the progress of CAPEX PO’s.
Fixed Assets Accounting:

•Manage & Report on the progress of CAPEX PR/PO’s.
•Differentiation and Approval of new PR’s in system after classifying as OPEX or CAPEX.
Capitalization of the entire Technology and non-Technology assets of the firm on monthly basis.
•Looking after all the Capitalized projects of Fixed NW, Mobile NW, Broadband and Pay TV services.
•Liaison with Procurement and budgeting depts. for correct flow of information
