Traffic signal/ITS engineer Supervising the routine maintenance activities of SCATS traffic signals in all respects, reporting, trouble shooting and fault finding to keep signals operational in Lusail city. Installation and coordination of Tram priority system at Yellow line, Purple line and green line in Lusail city. Designing, Installation, Integration and commissioning of traffic signal with LRT Priority system (single movement and multiple movements) on Yellow Line, Purple Line and Green Line in Lusail city.
1. Designing the Phasing with Vehicular, Pedestrian, Emergency Vehicular and LRT Movements.
2. Calculated the Safety time (inter-green time) b/w all the movements.
3. Generate the Program (Personality NGEN) for traffic Controllers (QTC) and PLC (Beijer BCS) for these Junction as per Designed parameters with SCATS.
4. Designed interface Software for testing and commissioning.
5. Designed interface circuit for Communication b/w traffic controller and PLC.
6. Integrating traffic signal system (Vehicle, Pedestrians, EVPS and SCATS Dwell command) with LRT Priority system (single movement and multiple movements) on Yellow Line, Purple Line and Green Line in Lusail city
• Responsible for representing the intelligent transportation system, road lighting and surveillance products to clients.
• Supervising the routine maintenance activities of traffic signals in all respects, reporting, trouble shooting and fault finding to keep signals operational of maintenance project in Lahore city.
• Coordinate or carry out installation, testing and commissioning in multiple disciplinary projects, especially in intelligent transportation system and road lighting projects.
• Personality generation of ATSC4 Controllers, programming of SWARCO ITC2 Controllers.
• Supervise installation of traffic signal equipment such signal pole, signal lantern, vehicle loop detector, Solar Energy System etc.
• Attending pre bid meetings, writing reports and giving presentations to managers and Clients.
• Responsible to respond the technical and functional elements of RFPs/RFQs.
• Analyze reports, maps, drawings, Repairing work and other data to plan and design work.
