Major Accomplishments:
Moved more than 60k ton break-bulk freight to site from in-Kingdom and out of kingdom suppliers and manufacturers without any delay or incident.
Achieved 3.7 KPI score out of 4.
Successfully established 2 warehouses in Jeddah and in Jazan site.
Completion and Awarding 3PL contract worth 14.7 million USD.
10-14 percent of discount achieved on break bulk import shipping bidding (case to case bases)
Job Role/Department: Responsible for all logistics related project issues including, break-bulk material, Sourcing, chartering, OOG transportation, bulk transport, heavy lift, from origin till project site. RFQ, Bid tabulation, Budgeting & over gage handling, preservation, etc for Petrofac KSA projects. Reporting directly to Vice President Projects. Responsibilities, which covers the creation, implementation and continuous improvement of policies, procedures and risk management of onshore commodities, equipment, parts, supplies and materials management. Technical and procedural logistical support to the operations. Conduct policy and procedure compliance audits externally and internally. Reviewing, updating and implementing standard operating procedures. Managing project logistics personal working for Petrofac Saudi Arabia. Working with multiple logistics services providers at the same time. Conducting disciplinary, capability and grievance investigations and taking appropriate action to address any failings. Ensuring the efficient running of project logistics activities. Actively managing logistics subcontractors to ensure that they perform in line with their contractual agreements and Saudi Aramco/client standards. Supervising the completion of all checks and documentation procedure as per client (ARAMCO) standards. Monitoring and tracking the flow of goods to the project site with compliance with project schedule.

Job Role/Department: Responsible for multiple project issues including, material, logistics, Sourcing, chartering, OOG transportation, heavy lift & over gage handling for SNC LAVALIN EUROPE ARAMCO SHAYBAH Oil & Gas Project. Reporting directly to Director Projects.
Worked in collaboration with other divisions to implement a set of common systems and procedures.
Rapidly promoted to plan, direct and manage an integrated materials supply management strategy for all In kingdom And out of Kingdom procurement and logistics activities, with full responsibility for personnel development, budgetary management, Supplier quality assurance, manpower, logistics and procurement. Lead a team of 16 staff and imported/Moved over 35 thousand tons of freight and material to the site and contributed in over 5 billion dollar worth purchasing, with expediting over 195 contractual vendors.

Responsible of specific Project Purchasing, Request for quotation, bid handling and finalizing. Vender contracts reviewing and new contracting. Kickoff meetings and management issues.

Contribute to information affecting decisions in order to minimize company costs and delivery period which may include testing, observing, and / or examining items. Contribute to bottom-line and top-line results according to yearly and long term planning of sourcing. Purchasing of plant Units, machinery, equipment & tools, material, generators, vehicles and their related spare parts etc. Controlling the materials requisition and making sure that all requested materials are purchased as requested by the site managements. etc

Job Role/Department: Logistic Supervisor for 13 plus different Projects, material handling, transportation and freight forwarding accounts. Major responsibilities were Handling all containerized and break-bulk, heavy lift shipments, OOG import and export, hazardous material preservation and import and transportation, repair and return shipments, quotations and responsible from origin to point of delivery followed by implementing of logistic procedures.
