• Establish, monitor, measure and report Laboratory Facilities.
• Perform complete testing of our product for quality control, in a timely and accurate manner (as per our specs).
• Provide updates and detailed reports to the executive team regularly.
• Performance metrics; analyze and identify issues impacting operational performance and establish initiatives for continuous improvement.
• Make sure the implementation of proper safety parameters.
• Facilitate cross training in other divisions for technical assistance as required.
• Indulge in project cost analysis.
• Provide technical and scientific assistance to the customers, locally and internationally.
• Generate new suppliers and customers.
My main responsibilities include qualitative and quantitative analysis of raw materials with sampling. And additionally performs sampling, testing and final documentation of the finished product which is plasma substitute infusion with participation in production planning and coordination with my team to complete the target. And I directly reports to Manager IQC and often Head IQC.
My core responsibilities included the preparing and implementation of GMP Guidelines & SOPs in Filling & Packing area, arrange the commodities, monitor the production till the batch ends and finalize the documentation. Improve the productivity with production planning for the entire month, as per planning department gives the product market requirement. I also worked in qc to perform physical, qualitative and some quantitative analysis on finished products and raw materials with sampling as well.
That was my project from university to which I submitted my observational report and give the idea what I learnt there and how they work .I also submitted the report to the company.
