• One of the lead planners out of a team of 12 and report to Planning Managers on all aspects of planning, scheduling and control, including developing baseline package, recovery and commissioning schedule.
• Manage and enhance data collection and issue daily/weekly/monthly reports, progress updates, dashboards, presentation, KPIs, Earned Value and Variance analysis.
• Review/approve subcontractor’s baseline schedule, recovery/revised and weekly updates.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to discuss project status, potential delays, and area of concern and collaborating with cross-functional teams for mitigation.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders, clients and contractors to create integrated schedules and resolve interface-related clashes.
• Conduct schedule analysis for any delays and scope changes and recommend corrective actions to meet key milestones.
• Detailed review of Contract documents related to Planning, Scope and Execution.
• Perform forensic delay analysis and prepare Extension of Time (EOT) claims using Time Impact Analysis (TIA) and Window Analysis.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and maintain an updated risk log.
• Track, monitor and follow-up on critical engineering and long lead procurement.
• Support cost control team in maintaining budget and assessing variations.

• Cultural District, Diriyah Gate Development, Riyadh: SAR 5.75 billion. Joint Venture for the Construction of Jabal Al Qurain Cultural, Digital Art Museum, Mosque, Address Hotel, The Ritz Carlton Hotel, Branded Residences, and the Four Seasons.
• Ministry of Culture Headquarters, Diriyah Gate Development, Riyadh: SAR 500 million.

• Manage all planning and project control activities for external civil and infrastructure division; supervise 2 planners and report to the Operations Director.
• Develop baseline schedules and project dashboards, manage data collection for weekly/monthly progress reports, and establish KPIs for clients and stakeholders using Primavera P6, MS Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
• Assess project efficiency in terms of time and cost; perform schedule and cost analysis, assist in budget estimation, cash flow preparation, monitoring project expenses, and managing changes.
• Manage resources across 20 projects, analyzing productivity and adjust as required.
• Review and approve subcontractors’ baseline submissions, performance, forecasting work-front availability and evaluate Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks using Qualitative Risk Assessment.
• Conduct forensic delay analysis and submit EOT claims with associated cost.
• Facilitate weekly stakeholder progress meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams, managers, and subcontractors to meet project schedules.
• Prepare tender schedules, histograms, mobilization and execution plans for tenders.
• Drafting correspondence to clients, suppliers, subcontractors and authorities.

• Commercial Boulevard, Lusail: QAR 415 million. Joint venture for Design & Build of urban infrastructure, including utilities and public amenities.
• Various Lusail City & Doha Beautification Projects: QAR 400+ million. Design & build of infrastructure projects and public amenities.

• Review & recommend of Planning Package Baseline Schedules, Extension of Time Claims, Tender Schedules, Mitigation/Recovery/Revised Schedules.
• Perform Delay Analysis, CPM and Earned Value Analysis.
• Schedule analysis for any scope changes or delays and recommend mitigation plans.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Review Contractor’s daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Evaluate Contractors’ progress and forecast work-front availability.
• Identifying delays and issues, notifies and advise Contractor for corrective actions.
• Attend management, client progress, technical, and other relevant meetings.
• Integrate all Contractors into Integrated Master Schedule.
• Assist in reviewing interim payment certificates.

• ISF Camp, Doha: QAR 250 million. Substations, office buildings, and workshops.

• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedule and reporting to Director of Engineering.
• Review and approve contractors baseline schedule packages in compliance with contract requirements including Engineering and Procurement Schedule.
• Review Contractors’ weekly/monthly reports, ensuring accurate progress, identifying delays and issues, and advise corrective actions.
• Analyze earned value and variances and assess their impact on project schedule.
• Prepare and update weekly/monthly progress reports, IMS, Dashboards and presentations for clients.
• Conduct schedule analysis for any scope changes or delays and recommend necessary mitigation plans.
• Regularly update the management on schedule forecasts and key project milestones.
• Evaluate and approve contractor’s Payment Certificates.
• Provide assistance in calculation and allocation of resources for maintenance team.

• Regular monitoring of progress and follow-up of engineering and material submittals.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, trending charts, KPIs and schedule analysis and forecasting.
• Review, record, and summarize the subcontractors’ daily monitoring reports.
• Update or revise the schedule based on approved revisions or extension of time.
• Analyze delays and prepare recovery schedules with the team.
• Coordinate with all subcontractors and suppliers regarding the project.
• Assist in the assessment of Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
• Arranged tender schedules and histograms.

• King Abdullah International Conference Center & Hotel, Jeddah: SAR 2.65 billion. Design & build of a Conference Center (B+G+2F) and a 21-storey hotel (B+G+M+18F).
• HARAMAIN High Speed Railway Station, Package 2, Jeddah: SAR 2.9 billion. Construction of a metro station with platforms, retail areas, a mosque, parking, admin buildings, a helipad, and utilities.
• Royal Villas, Jeddah: SAR 5 million to SAR 87 million. Design & build of royal villas and infrastructure.
