• Provide leadership to the Recruitment & Selection department for Intech’s offshore and onshore engineering projects in Pakistan, Middle East, Asia Pacific, ASEAN, Africa and North America.
• Develop templates and workflows related to R&S on need basis.
• Negotiating with job board service providers on tariffs for Job Postings, Resume Database access and Salary Surveys.
• Develop a strategy to reduce the time to hire process.
• Discuss new requirements with the line managers and getting required information on requisition forms.
• Posting new vacancies on available job boards, social media (linkedin, facebook) and on careers section of the company website.
• Posting jobs on CATS applicant tracking system, adding job orders/job order pipelines to track the candidate for future requirements.
• Maintain official resume database. Log candidate status activity.
• Training the team members to enhance recruiting and sourcing skills.
• Evaluation of team performance and reporting to the HR and General Managers.
• Conducting detailed interviews of high profile candidates with line managers and getting their feedbacks.
• Arranging reference and background checks of the candidates.
• Responsible for full recruitment process for Engeineering and IT background candidates. (Sourcing, Pre-Screening)
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to acquire the best talent.
• Screen out candidates from online job boards e.g. monster.com, careerbuilder, jobvertise and LinkedIn
• Posting jobs on online job boards, maintaining company job board on linkedin and facebook.
• Write, edit and review job descriptions for various job positions. Consult and interact with hiring managers on hiring strategies. Prepare and process compensation processes and issues.
• Provide training and development to new hires.
• Organised team meetings for performance management.
• Review and assess resumes and conducting interview/pre-screening via phone to shortlist the right candidate.
• Conduct background/reference check of the prospective candidates.
• Refer candidate profiles to the client for final interview.
• Responsible for building rapport and swift relation with client.
