All Employees and Staff Visa & Labor Card Renewal
New Employees visa requirements
Employees Emirates ID making.
Employees Medical Fitness
All employees and Staff Leave salary preparation
All employees and Staff gratuity preparation
Coordinating with PRO section about the residency for all the staff and labors
All vehicle insurance and renewal of registration card
Keeping all employees and staff personal files.
Responsible of all original passports.
Responsibilities of visa, labor card and EID renewal.
Make and record appointments & file correspondence and other records
Receive and process incoming and outgoing mails.
Store and retrieve data on computers.
Handle all HR & Administration Activities of the company.
Coordinating
Dealing with Customer queries and organizing their requirements
Maintaining Petty cash and utilizing in the proper system
Record Maintenance and keeping accurate filing system
Attending telephone call, transmitting and receiving fax
Making Salary Payment to all concerned Staffs in the correct time
