Information about the department I worked in:


In ITA I worked administration and to support the office as wile as finance offices, I also worked on how well to communicate both in writing & verbally I also brought the practical use of Microsoft programs like word and exel, and to record the information accurately. I worked with admin/HR officer in order to understand the HR polices and procedures. I was also apart of team meetings and face part in the events training programs of ASER to collect data of litrate children of the urban area of Peshawar district. I also worked on peach tree accounting software in the finance department that how daily entries will be recorded under double entry. Bugets was also prepared by me for the monthly expenses of the ITA regional office Peshawar. Moreover I also learned that how the office files should be maintained.

1. Lead, manage and monitor accounting functions. Develop, generate and manage timely accounting reports. Ensure reconciliation of Bank accounts and other accounts. Monitor general ledger, accounts receivables, accounts paybles and other records. Create management tools that effectively monitor accounting processes. Assist the accounting team in preparing balance sheet and budget reports. Generate various analysis and financial reports for the management. Monitor and manage the month-end accounting processes. Monitor month-end reports, schedules, payments and receipts. Create and monitor an effective internal audit system. Manage absenteeism, performance, payroll and other related issues. Maintain, update and monitor inventory records. Ensure compliance of all accounting processes to that of the organization’s goals
