STRATEGY
• Provide consultation to senior management for development, implementation and monitoring of corporate level strategy
• Provide assistance in formulation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monitor them
• Help build tools which can help the organization to implement these strategies (charts, presentations, dashboards) etc.
• Help the organization in approval phase of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and monitor it for implementation
• Periodical review of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) against actual results

COMPLIANCE - REGULATORY
• Identify regulatory regime
• Plan, monitor and execute compliance
• Non-conformance reporting
• Companies law and annual returns, forms etc
• Stock exchanges regulatory framework
• Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan
• Central Depository
• International (corporate) regulators e.g. United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, Spain and Australia

GOVERNANCE
• Formulate strategy for implementation of corporate governance framework
• Adhere to the local and international corporate governance laws and suggest correction action plan
• Plan Board and its Committee Meetings
• Support all aspects of Board Meetings including technical and logistics support
• Compile Board decision implementation status

ANALYSIS AND RESEARCH
• Review, analyze and evaluate financial and operational data
• Financial analysis
• Operational analysis
• Financial commentary on business cases and special projects
• Preparation of detailed plan charts, spreadsheets as needed, in support of financial planning analyses, special projects and business cases
• Monitoring of subsidiaries, associated companies and joint ventures with Periodic Performance Evaluation Reports
• Research different industry specific and other strategic options which may add value to the organizational goals

RISK MANAGEMENT
• Developed risk register
• Assisted in formulation of organizational risk management function

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
• Undertake special projects as per instructions of the senior management
• Hands on experience of working at different knowledge areas vis-a-vis process groups
• Some of these projects have been included in the operations and/or have strategic importance
• Details of some projects can be shared, if required

CORPORATE FINANCE
• Redeemable financial instruments
• Term Finance Certificates
• Sukuk Bonds
• Equity management.
