Duties and Responsibilities
•Develop and implement HSE MS as per OSHAD standards and guidelines
•Assist in internal audits, prepare observation and finding reports, suggest corrective & preventive action
•Generate new forms and instructions with the coordination of concerned personal. Update QHSE documentations after modifications, manage and distribute all documents updated versions
•Liaison with regulatory authorities to comply with the legal and AD EHSMS requirements i.e. new legislations, EHS performance reporting, Incident investigation and reporting, waste management, civil defense requirements, environmental agency permit requirements
•Review HSE requirements for projects. Ensure legal and project requirements are stipulated in
•Attend site safety meetings with clients and other contracts; provide feedback on CAPA’s.
•Developing overall work Risk Assessment, Safe System of work
•Preparing and Maintaining Risk registers, Injuries Register, PTW Register, Legal Requirement Register
•Conduct daily inspections i.e. PPE, lifting activities, PTW work, workshop, work areas for slip, trips
•Prepare corrective and preventive action reports, rectify the safety violations, issue violation
•Monitor chemical handling, storage and disposal as per local standards of AD EHSMS RF CoP.
•Ensure fire protection and firefighting system is adequately functional
•Developing and provide training on Emergency Response. Conduct fire drill to train employees on fire emergency, medical emergency, heat stress
•Provide Safety Induction Trainings to all New Staff and Workforce
•Access HSE Trainings Needs and conduct In-House or by approved Third Party for employees i.e. first aid, CPR, firefighting, machine operators
•Conduct the Third Party Testing for Lifting Equipment, Pressure Vessels, compressors and occupational monitoring i.e. Noise
•Providing suitable PPE to workers and ensuring workers are using
•Spreading Awareness through sign boards, safety communications, tool box talks, accident investigation, risk assessment
for implementation the time schedule for all engineering activities on site
•Prepare layout and ensure contractors are working as per the specification
•Liaise with other authorities for smooth completion of project

•Completed 25 municipality projects of laying underground lines
•5 Mega Projects of Laying of underground lines
•12 Projects of Laying of underground lines connected to main lines
•5 Mega projects of Laying of underground lines on both sides of G.T road, Lahore
•Implementing work as per drawings.
•Detect underground services prior to work and making safety routes for digging
•Daily inspection on site and give reports to higher commands.
