Motivating them towards the achieving the daily and monthly targets.
Managing a portfolio of around 350 outsourced staff (DMA’s) for different departments.
Coordinating with Line Managers to ensure a smooth HR procedure and timely solution of DMA issues.
Issuance of Offer Letters, Increment Letters, Warnings, Terminations etc.
Managing Overall Post Recruitment Functions: -
1. Completion of Personal Files for DMA’s
2. Carrying out reference/police verification process
3. Completing Medical Insurance for DMA’s
4. Issuance of Salary Certificates/Slips/Terminations/Appreciations
Maintaining an HR support system for Barclays Bank’s outsourced Staff in UAE. (Personal Loans, Business Loans, STL, Credit Cards, Call Center/Ops & Mortgages)
Maintaining detailed MIS throughout from offer letter to visa issuance.
Responsible for maintaining KPI’s as per audit requirement.
Preparing salaries in coordination with concern department Heads.
Effective disbursement of salary commission payments/bank transfers.
Internal Coordinating with PRO for visa updates from labor approval till visa issuance.
Using MS Access & MS Excel to manage employee details.
Interdepartmental coordination between RSM, Assistant Managers & Sales Executives.
