• • Supervise the plaster board plant production in rotating shifts
• Ensure safety rules are adhered at all times in the plant
• Identify, report and resolve unsafe conditions at the plant
• Prepare daily production report and ensure targets of yield and availability are achieved.
• Analyze availability and yield anomalies and implement countermeasures
• Ensure that all AM standards are in place and are followed in all shifts
• Optimize changeovers to reduce downtime and yield loss
• • Supervise production process to ensure implementation of company standards.
• Supervise machine maintenance programs. Suggest machine modifications.
• Coach and train operators, prepare on job training programs.
• Prepare employees safety procedures and makes sure that these procedures are enforced.
• Participate in putting the factory strategies in short term.
• Apply the preventive maintenance program to minimize problems and shutdowns scheduling to ensure timely and appropriate solutions are adopted avoiding major breakdown.
• Coordinate with Quality Control regarding quality of production to ensure timely and appropriate solutions are adopted avoiding customer’s complaint and claims.
• Internal IMS Auditing.
