Increase business / occupancy and promote the identity of the apartments for long /short term through establishing and maintaining good relationships with all clients and working to meet sales targets.
Leasing shop and offices
Solicit and develop new business from existing and new market segments and sources of business.
Attend Trade shows promotions, representing Hyatt in general to keep a high profile in the market place.
Review together with the Director of Sales the production of accounts on a monthly basis.
Liaise closely with Office Administrator to ensure guest needs and expectations are met.
Recommendations to the Management based on feedback of clients for the continual improvement of the operations and client satisfaction.
Constantly monitor the activities of the Competitors.
Attend regular meetings and briefings, called by the Management of the Hotel
Provide the Director of Sales with recommendation for advertising campaigns and publicity based on market feedback.
Assist in the development of ideas and increase sales and productivity.
Handle incoming inquiries and ensure that these are followed up with proposals and active follow up record is maintained.
Regularly entertain clients in the F&B outlets and conduct site inspection.
Carry out the sales solicitation strategy developed for all applicable markets.
Assist in the training of the employees ensuring that they have the necessary skills to perform their duties with the maximum efficiency.
Constantly keep checks on yield and liaise with the Director of Sales.
Assist in collecting outstanding payments and inform Director of Sales on the status of late / problems payments.
Monthly Sales Report analyzing business trends, new opportunities and new markets.
Make cold calls to corporate and individual customers and prepare sales proposals
Provided information of hotel services to potential and existing customers.
Assisting with administartion task.
Creating Lease agreements and Invoices for new tenants and inhouse guest.
Renewal letters for inhouse guests.
Updating Check out inventories for guest.
Assisting with daily bookings.
Working with global accounts to host their meetings and events.
Making Prospecting calls on all segments within UAE and International clients.
Attending Exhibitions.
Sales calls for potential clients with business for UAE and globally.
Generating leads for Properties and inputting in SFA.
Inputting leads for Global Sellers.
Following with hotels or clients in confirming the group or event
Record all account information on SFA, ensure accurate sending of leads with all relevant information.
Answer telephones, direct calls, take and relay messages and complete all faxes and mailings.
Assist with preparation and follow-up of sales trips or Roadshows
Coordinate client site inspections of the property
Assist in qualifying leads, researching space, and entering bookings in Opera; and responding to clients either personally, or by directing to the appropriate salesperson
Provide administrative duties as required by Sales Managers.
Assisting with duties of Sales Managers when they are absent from the office.
Prepare and disseminate month-end reports.
Handling office stantionary, while working with the purchasing team.
Preparing contracts for Leisure and Corporate segments.
Handling electronic leads like D.A.R.T
Manage Lanyon system for global RFP processing for both Consortia and Corporate.
Update and maintain database on a regular basis.
Handling the RFP inbox.
Attends to all enquiries, complaints and request regarding reservations.
Confirming room reservations, via telephone/Emails
Handling Corporate Bookings & Queries
Organizes visa requestes for Hotel Guets as and when the reservation is made
To Print and reconcile trace report on a daily basis
Maintaining a neat and orderly work position on a daily basis.
Performs any other duties as and when required according to the needs of the bussiness and as assigned by the Revenue Manager.
Proactively identifies and willingly accepts responsibilty for solving problems.
Handle Group Bookings.
Keeps fully up to date on all promotions in and around the Hotel and the UAE
