Manpower management, preparing weekly accomplishment billing. Monitor the material and coordinate to the project engineer. Implement the scope of work base on the shop drawing and supervise the quality of our skilled worker. Conduct inspection with the QC inspector (contractor side) and rectify some scope as per the punch list.
Estimate the quantity of materials base on the shop drawing. Add activities in WBS for extra works. Make relationship both activities. Schedule the activities on project milestone using Primavera P6. Monitor the activities on the baseline which is critical. Supervise the site and updating the activities on actual. Make progress report update. Prepare RPF of Consultants & Contractors for tendering. Coordinate to the local and international supplier.
Operate SAP System. Monitor the backlogged task and pending task. Scheduling the everyday task and communicate to the client to set appointment for sending a technicians. Schedule all the team assigned by task. Estimates the time frame of every task assigned to supervisor.
Prepare material requisition. Estimate the quantities of the materials using in every task assigned by supervisor. Management the team and assigned to their prospective position. Supervise their work quality. Reporting to the site Engineer for the daily accomplishment.
Perform all daily inspection. Achieving the quality of pipe installation required in the drawings and specifications for all works under the contract. Inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensures activities at the site area as per approved method statement and inspection test plan. Coordinate with the consultant’s representative and Site In-charge for inspection and meeting about quality problem. Develop method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety. Make a Project Quality Plan. Report to the QA/QC Manager, control, and monitor all activities related to Quality Management System, QMS.
Analyze milestone base on the BOQ and plan layout. Site implementation of all the activities base on the specification of the plan. Manage and supervise manpower. Monitor every activities duration and critical activities. Follow up and coordinate to the Site Engineer for daily activities. Report to the Project Manager.
Analyze layout plan. Prepared all documents for billing and assist to the Site Engineer and give instruction to the foreman for present and future activities. Prepare job order. Estimate material to be used in future activity. Prepared to all requisition forms and material request. Coordinate to the foreman for everyday accomplishment. Report to the Project Engineer.
