Responsibilities:

- Manage, supervise, and complete the final design, and design review for the Mechanical and Electrical disciplines (HVAC, MEP, Infrastructure)
and self-design/ self-develop MEP design.
- Managing interface communication between different parties involved in the project, including contractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients.
- Manage the design/design review of mechanical engineering infrastructure services (water, wastewater, stormwater, fire water) for external utilities & central plants STP plant.
- Prepare change orders and formulate cost breakdown for new tasks, additional SOW, & scope change by client or third party & regulations/ standard requirements.
-Review technical SOW of sub-contractors to perform high-quality and on-time performance of MEP/HVAC execution works based on project drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Provide technical assistance in negotiating contracts, change orders, & supplier/vendor selection.
- Solve MEP/HVAC execution and installation problems.
- Perform material and equipment estimation, prepare vendor technical assessment
- Review technical submissions and design layouts, & quantity takeoff from the BIM models for 300, & 400 LOD, as well as material submittals

• Ensuring design is produced in line with required Regulatory
standard, specification.
• Overseeing team progressing and reporting technical inputs
• Engineering coordination across disciplines
• Performing appropriate engineering reviews
• Design validation plan and execution
• Ensuring design change and configuration is effectively
implemented
• Overall management and coordination of discipline team
on the project.
• The identification of changes in the scope of work and
ensuring that appropriate change requests are
implemented.
• Managing discipline design phase reviews
• Managing design contractors and interfacing with the supply
chain/vendors
• Identifying discipline resource needs and recruiting
appropriately

Detailed study of scope of work, Specification,
Equipment Schedule and BOQ (Tender).
o Preparing Mechanical Workshop Drawing, Builders
work & Material submittal for consultant approval.
o Coordination with all other services towards
successful completion of project.
o Pump Head and ESP calculation for Pump & AHU
selection respectively.
o Handle mechanical design modification as required.
o Prepare value engineering and cost control based
on project specification and basis of design
o Submit required clarification for consultant approval.
o Resolve technical difficulties and other problems that
may arise
o Provide technical support to the construction team
on site.
o Representing the Company on site in weekly
progress meetings, technical meetings and H.S.E
meetings.
Lead Revit MEP technician team on Project to producing
a fully coordinated BIM Model.
o Create, maintain and analyze federated model mainly
for coordination purposes.
o Run and analyze clash detection on federated model
using Navisworks (renderings and ANIMATION)
o Communicate conflicts in model; both real and potential.
o Review and document design document and
coordination conflicts.
o Run and analyze clash detection on federated model.
o Project cost control.

# Madinah Hajj City Project Madinah - Saudi Arabia.
Project Information:
(PKG-02, high rise building consist of 3 hotel building, 4
office building & parking building)
Total project area is 6, 000, 000 m², of hotel and office
development to Madinah city, including underground
parking and services, in addition to a 400 bed hospital
serving the project and the neighboring population. it
includes an elevated light transit rail passing through the
site.

Project : Defaf Village Project, Khartoum Sudan.
Brief Description : Design Mechanical system (HVAC - Plumbing- Firefighting- LPG System).
Co-ordinate Mechanical System With Other Work supervised installation of mechanical system and makes the required test like pressure test for refrigerant pipe and black steel chilled water pipe and smoke test for air duct, commissioning and hand over to consult engineer.

* Design and preparing work shop drawing and submit it for approval Calculate variation, supervision for executed work, make approval for Drawings, Received material, equipment, test, executed work and coordinate With other service. The Design including Cooling Load, Duct, Piping, Ventilation, Exhaust System Design & supervision.
* Supervision & Design of fire fighting system according to NFPA.
* Supervision & Design of plumbing systems according to the international plumping code.
