Project - Light Rail Transit (LRT) Underground Stations
• Manages the supervisions of MEP Subcontractor/s work. Review subcontract packages and Implementation of Subcontractor/s Scope of work
• Maintains the submission of reports and accomplishments of subcontractor/s activity
• Manages Civil Defense (QCDD) inspection related for Smoke extraction system for underground stations and Tunnel smoke extraction operations
• Undertakes site surveys for data references prior to site execution.
• Engages with Client activities including attending project meetings and issuing project updates.
• Plans and implements site investigation works.
• Plans and Manages testing and commissioning for Fire Detection System and Tunnel Ventilation system
• Lead the closing of snags for client submission
• Maintains Safety awareness and implementation of Safety requirement and procedures to ensure that all works are carried out safely

•Supervises and Monitor the submission and closing out of ITR.
•Leads the Interface of BMS and Fire alarm system for Mechanical and Life safety Equipment

Project - New Doha International Airport
• Developing a working system, Goal setting/Scheduling, managing the quality control department for the execution of their functions before, during and after the work at site to be performed in accordance to project work quality, completion and Clients acceptance
• Managing the material quantity, manpower and equipment requirement and establishing group of personnel for engineering and cordination aspect
• Planning and organizing the work schedule and execution
• Verified the percentage of work completed to date of Contractor/Sub-Contractor for Progress Billing Payment.
• Establish the Interfacing for the Mechanical Life Safety Equipment including essential Motorized dampers with FDAS and BAS/BMS
• Attended Progress meeting with trade Contractors to discuss the progress of the project against the programme, to coordinate the release of information and issues regarding building services requirement.
• Ensure that all stakeholders are satisfied and all acceptance criteria have been met
Project - Sidra Medical and Research Center
• Prepares the work schedule for MEP (HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing) services; coordination to engineering and procurement department for the issuance of stamp IFC drawings and delivery of approved materials for implementation to site.
• Prepares three weeks look ahead schedule of work with coordination with the project planner for the proper execution of work that interface with main and other MEP contractor work schedule.
• Supervises MEP work execution and equipment installation and interfacing with building management and fire alarm system to major equipment such as pumps, AHU’s, FCU’s, electric water heater, heat exchangers, Jockey and fire pumps, Pressurization and smoke control fans, induction, supply and extract fans, booster, transfer and sewage pit pumps.
• Lead project discipline such as fire fighting, plumbing, HVAC engineers and supervisors.
The Dubai Mall, Dubai Marina Mall & Hotel Project
• Reviews contractors mechanical quality assurance and quality control programs, inspection and test plan, installation, testing and commissioning procedures in compliance to local and international codes requirement.
• Review and evaluation of contractors submitted technical submittals, shopdrawings and OM & Manuals. Supervises the construction engineering work and provides technical expertise for mechanical engineering discipline
• Prepares log documentation of contractors Issue For Construction and Shopdrawings, material submittals, issued and responded RFI’s, Clients notice of changes.
• Project supervisions for the Equipment installation and integration with FDAS and BMS
Dubai International Airport - Terminal III
•Review of Mechanical Drawings, submittals and specification to ensure the completeness and correctness to comply with the scope of work and requirements.
•Review coordinated MEP drawings for the installation and clashing of services including local and international standards.
•Directly Reporting to the Construction and QAQC Manager for the execution and quality of works.
•Planning and Coordination.
Jumairah Beach Residences - Sector 1
•Supervises daily work activities on the site to ensure that every problems encountered are attended to and logged on to site dairy
•Ensure that MEP works are executed on site is in accordance with contract drawings, specifications, Method statement and local and international code
•Coordination and reconcilliationfor the variation works
•Directly reporting to Project manager and coordination with Planning Department
The Linden Suites Hotel, Lufthansa Technik Airport, Shopwise III Mall & One Legaspi Park Tower - 47 Floors
• Coordination with trade contractors for the installation of services that shall in accordance with the approved drawings and standards
• Reponsible for the Material request and delivery schedule at site
• Resonsible for the Coordination and installation of MEP Equipment and fixation of required Pipe and Ductworks
• Responsible for the Testing and Balancing of HVAC System and Fire alarm/BMS interfaced
• Direct supervision of work. Generates IFC drawings base on the design drawings.
• Monitoring the arrival of finishing and construction materials.
• Directly reporting to the Manager, Resources and Planning Department.
