-Head of the company's engagement team
-Write proposals, pitch ideas, file purchased order, and execute engagement plan
-Keep and track the attrition record Handles the termination process for both master file and Realpage tools and access
-Act as the retention officer, conduct both staying and exit interview
Provide weekly and monthly attrition report and analysis

-Facilitate and discuss employee mandatory benefits, company policy and benefits Assist -Talent Acquisition team to conduct prescreening interview, onboarding and sourcing
-Answer daily employee benefits inquiry through MS Teams and Outlook
-Create and visual HR materials for announcement, events, and advisory
-Process certificate of employment, verification of employment and clearance requests
-Issue demand letter for asset retrieval process
-Assist new joiners completing required compliance tasks of onboarding
-Discuss the HR policies including but not limited to time off policies, rewards & recognition, and perks to staff
-Assists all the inquiries of the employees with their payroll and benefits related concern
-Provide an assistance with the navigation through learning and development system applications
-Manage a portfolio of accounts, minimizing risk exposure by focusing on collections of automotive loans
-Contact customers to determine intent to pay and ability to resolve delinquency
-Maintain good customer relations while collecting on delinquent balances and negotiating solutions that are mutually beneficial to the client and company
-Aid customers by offering solutions based on individual needs with the goal of negotiating immediate payments and/or promises to pay with specified payment dates and amounts

-Assisting HR with the process of recruitment, including vetting candidates, assisting with interviews and issuing employment contracts
