Handling Medical, Vehicle and other related work for insurance.
Providing quotation to the concern department for bidding purpose.
Preparing in Orientation and Organization Forms & Charts, whenever needed for ISO.
Maintaining the HR data base & updating the report in HR system and visa report.
Prepare statistics and reports to HR manager, which enable him, take the right decision for affecting the plans.
HR Document’s controlling.
Handling / Preparing Employee Basic Date Sheet, Surplus, Transfer Memos etc. As per the company norms.
Assist and coordinate End to End recruitment process includes manpower planning, helping sourcing resumes, short listing candidates, arrange/coordinate technical/practical rounds, conducting HR round of interview, salary negotiations, offer letter, follow-up.
Managing the Human Resource Information /Management system effectively to ensure that correct and complete information is stored in the system and is used effectively for the benefit of the organization.
Organizing interviews with technical department.
Checking & sending the offer letters to recruiter and follow up to get the signed acceptance from the candidate’s.
Handling other related duties as assigned by the Superior & Manager.
