I am a supervisor in planning and engineering department which develop the project timeline and execute the project.
Procure, establish relationships with suppliers or contractor.
Influence the owners, board of directors in decision making by providing technical inputs for the project.
Develop strategies together with the Project Manager
Assist the manager in any creation and revision of schedules that would reflect the realistic status of construction.
Create progress monitoring or project control sheets for Construction to update which is align to Primavera P6 WBS Structure.
Coordinate with construction team on progress updates and their performance in terms of schedule and cost.
Provide Look-ahead programme to guide the construction using primavera and M.S Project.
Ensures that Weekly & Monthly Reports are submitted in a timely manner.
Contribute to preparation and revisions of baseline schedules and prepare a detailed programme which is cost & resource loaded.
Monitor and control the progress at site through Quality Control accepted quantities.
Coordinate with construction team on progress updates and their performance in terms of schedule and cost.
Provide Look-ahead programme to guide the construction using primavera and M.S Project.
Responsible for the provision of planning submittal information as required by contract requirements
Responsible for the data collection, programme updating and production of all planning documentation.
Create baseline Primavera p6 schedules for a project proposal & tendering.
Update primavera schedules & provide weekly & monthly look-ahead programs.
Prepare Weekly & Monthly Reports for construction to be submitted to clients.
Create barcharts, manpower S-curves.
Professional Board Exam passer for Civil Engineering conducted last September 1 & 2 2017 in Doha, Qatar.
