Job Summary:
• Receive, store and handle products and store efectively in the bodega.
• Manage inventory control system and coordinate with the other department like Supermarket, General merchandise, cashiering, PSS and even back ofice.
• Supervise all the activities in loading and receiving area as per standards operating policies
• Active in reporting any discrepancies encounter by using CIIR
• Develop and share best warehouse and receiving practices with team members
• Oversee product dispatch and transfer to other store in accurate and timely manner
• Monitor the volume of bad order and ensure timely dispatch and return to vendor and warehouse
• Perform multi tasking job, like do checking of stocks, re-palletizing of stocks while do checking to ensure correct qty vs documents, unloading and loading of stocks from the truck, do manual proper stacking of mixed light and heavy stocks, prepare stocks order and request from other store.
• Follow company procedures and safety policies at all times.

Receive, store and handle products effectively coming from the main warehouse of Del Monte (Bugu, Cagayan)
Manage inventory control system based on company policies and coordinate Del Monte team and resolve any variances encounter.
Control and maintain well organize safe keeping of documents
Supervise all the activities in a warehouse as per standards operating policies
Develop and share best warehouse practices with team members
Oversee product shipments to customers in accurate and timely manner
Manage carriers and allocate proper routes or ensure timely distributions of stocks and follow the FIFO & FEFO procedures.
Monitor all the trucks dispatched and round about of trucks arrival and utilize all trucks to ensure to deliver the urgent orders to customers timely
Operate Forklift replacing the absence of the operator to unload and load the stocks of del monte like boxes of canned goods and re-palletizing the stocks from other pallet to ensure not mixing of stocks per product number.
Prepare stocks ordered by the customer by referring the picking list order, pull out and get the items in the storage area or rack bin location and palletize then wrap it with plastics to avoid getting dirty and contaminated.
Follow company procedures and safety policies at all times.
Ensure that warehouse is maintained clean, safe and organized using the GWP
Assist in budget development and expense management activities.
Stay updated with latest trends in warehouse techniques
Understand customer labelling and packaging requirements and ensure to meet the customer needs
Provide assistance to team members and conduct trainings as needed
Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvements
Identify appropriate resources, perform daily workload assignments, and make staffing adjustments.
Develop continuous improvement initiatives to ensure quality, productivity and safety.

Receive, store and handle products effectively in the distribution center.
Perform multi tasking jobs like checking of stocks delivery from Supplier, proper stacking of stocks in the rack per location, encoding of system inventory of newly received stocks, prepare stocks or items for dispatched and loading of stocks manually to the truck or container van using the Stocks Transfer Out documents. (We do loading and filing of mixed light and heavy stocks like sacks of rice equivalent to 50kg weight or box of canned groceries like sardines or can of milk inside the trucks or container vans)

Responsible in whole operation in dispatching assign in export and import department.
Ensure that there is no shipments or cargo’s will be foul trip or short shipped.
Ensure on-time dispatch of container vans and breakbulk cargo’s and arrive in the site or customer site on or before the given time.
Make sure to shipped all container vans container vans inside the port with nothing left behind before the vessel departed in the port.
Making reports and attend everyday meeting together with the operation manager and the general managers.
Operate Forklift in unloading stocks from flatbed trucks and help in stripping goods unloaded in container vans

Responsible in the over-all activities of the stockroom / warehouse
Perform the duties of a checker, stockman, order picker position, and encoder.
Coordinates with other departments regarding receiving and issuance of materials, products, supplies, jigs, equipment, tools and devices intended for each department's needs or requirements.
Also coordinates with purchasing in monitoring all incoming purchased items.
See to it that inventories are updated and materials are supplied to intended department in a timely and orderly manner.

Responsible in the clerical activities related to manpower administration that supports the clerical needs of the production, planning and the organization.
Ensures that production operation are plan according to the requirements of the customer. Over-see the material requirement planning, lead-time of materials; resources and manpower are sufficient to the need of a smooth production flow at the right quantity and on time delivery of the product.
