Lead, motivate and supervise the team of crew planners dealing with more than 500 multicultural flying personnel.
Guide and solve communication challenges and conflicting situations (if any) with more than 500 employees involved.
Follow the groups KPIs for efficient and qualitative results.
Follow and respect strict deadlines and deal with time pressure due to dynamity of the field and constant incoming changes.
Forecast seasonal needs and execute changes if needed.
Supervise the project of IT solutions implementation in the department.
Supervise and make presentations to all flying personnel and the ground personnel involved about legal regulations as well as fatigue risk management in the company.
Participate in the recruitment - assesement process of the team.
Lead the annual develompent talks within a team to get feedback of the internal feeling, motivation, mutual understanding and concentration towards the same goal.
I have graduated from Vilnius University (1997 - 2001). Bachelor degree in English language and literature. In 2011, I started studies in Mykolas Romeris University, Vilnius for the master degree. Field of studies - Politics and Management Faculty. Programme: Strategic Management of Organizations. The exams are finished, only thesis is left to defend.
