-Drafts plans on architectural and engineering works based on designs, specifications, scope of works following design requirements, established standards and construction guidelines.
-Designs and drafts hatchery machineries including vent and ducting machines such as Air Handling Units
-Takes off quantities and prepares bill of materials, estimates labor costs and prepares overall project cost estimates
-Plan, organize, and oversee the production processes of hatchery machineries, including mechanical works, insulated panel works, and welding works.
-Ensure production schedules are met, maintaining a balance between quality and efficiency.

-Ensures quality control standards by regularly conducting jobsite meetings with the stakeholders and supervises testing of plumbing, electrical and mechanical installation.
-Ensure compliance with buildings codes, regulation, and project requirements.
-Checks all materials to ensure that they are within the required specification.

-Prepares all documents such as schedule of works, deliveries, transmittals, daily accomplishments, materials monitoring and updates plans for revisions
-Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
-Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or delays that may arise.

Collaborate with the design team to develop architectural concepts for residential apartment complexes.
Create detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
Ensure all designs comply with Australian and American building and construction regulations and standards.
Utilize Revit, ArchiCAD, and AutoCAD software for drafting and modelling.
Participate in client meetings to understand project requirements and provide design solutions.
