through SHGs and income-generating skills training for primary caregivers
Organized and facilitated medical outreach programs in the communities, including cancer screening workshops and hemoglobin
(Hb) testing for children. This ensured increased access to preventive healthcare services, promoting early detection and
improved health outcomes.
Assessed patient needs beyond medical care and connected them with government schemes, financial aid and resources to
support recovery. Moreover, provided compassionate care to patients, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
Assisted patients with daily living activities to promote comfort and independence. Monitored vital signs and reported any
changes to healthcare professionals.
Provided emotional support and counselling to patients and families facing health challenges, including illness, injury, and
mental health conditions.
Developed and implemented individualized development plans (IDPs) that fostered each child's academic, social, and emotional
growth as well as capacity building workshops. Equipped 390 primary caregivers with essential knowledge in child protection,
positive parenting, preventing gender-based violence (GBV) and social skills development
