 Obtaining the IFC drawing and studying of the drawing and liquidating any issues & discrepancies pertaining to it by forwarding it to the Handover Manager for correction by Handover & Shop Drawing Department.

 Attend Daily Meeting with Handover Manager & Team Members & Submit Previous Day work Report & Present Day Scheduled Planning & Discussion for expediting the work.

 Preparation of Check list / Punch points of all Incomplete/Defective item of works.

 Take Photos of all Incomplete/Defective item of works.

 Team & Time Management.

 Flooring: Sealed Concrete, Epoxy Terrazzo, Marble, Granite, Ceramic, Glaze & Porcelain & Carpet Tiles.

 Wall : Block, Gypsum Board, Glass Walls.

 Wall Tiling: Marble, Granite, Ceramic, Metal Mosaic, Vinyl and Rubber Flooring.

 False Ceiling: Wooden, Metal, Gypsum, Acrylic & Metal Grills, Acoustical Tiles.

 Painting: Latex Paint, Intumescent Paint, SFRM (Spray Fire Resistant Material) Paint, STA ( Spray Thermal & Acoustic ) Paint, Fenomastic.

 Signage: Showing Area, Type of Rooms, Gates, Exit & Entry Signs.

 Interior & Exterior Cladding: Phenolic panels, Glass Panels, Composite Aluminum Panels, Screen Panels, S.S. Panels, Stone/Marble/Granite.

 Centrally Air-conditioning System: HVAC Supply & Return, Ducts, AHU, Insulation, Ceiling Diffusers & Grills, Exhaust.

 Heating System: -Water Heaters, Boilers.

 Electrical Works:Conduiting, Wiring, Small & Big Distribution Boards, Sub & Main Power Supply Panels & its System, Generator Power supply system, Switch Plates & Boards.

 Light: Ceiling Lights, Floor Lights, Spot Lights, wall Lights, Emergency Lights, Cove Lights, Dual Language Sign Lights.

 Plumbing work: Cold/Hot water Supply system, Sewage/Drainage/Grease Pipelines, Condensed water supply system.

 Drinking water Supply System: Drinking Fountains for Adult & Child.

 Sanitary system:W.C. Bidets, Wash Basins, Urinals, Toilet for Men/Women/Child/Companion/Handicapped Person.

Inspection of Rooms for Purpose of Electrical, Mechanical, SCR, Maintenance, Storage, Locker rooms, Ticketing, Queue, Detention, S & I Police Deployment, Custom, Retails, Cafeteria, Boarding Access, FJBs, Pipe Shafts, Telephone, ATM, Hold room Carts Carriage, Circulation, Sterile Corridor, Security, Conference, Ablution, Prayer, Customs, Airport, Doctor’s/Department Head’s room’s etc.

 Accessories :- Doors, Bath/Toilet, Stair Hand Rails, Tissue & Waste Dispensers, Mirrors, Washbasins, Driers, Door Stoppers, Cloth Hangers, Swivels, Grab Bars.
 W.C./Bath/Urinals/Wash Basin Sensor System for water supply.
 Access Control System consisting of Card Reader & Door Closures.
 PAC System: Microphone, Amplifier, Speakers.
 Documentation work for submitting to OBI (consultant) for approval.
 Identifying the cause of delays in progress as planned and suggesting remedial steps for catching up with the schedule as planned.
 Work in close coordination with other departments of Civil, Architectural, MEP & IT.
 Prepare list of all Pending Item of works.
 Preparation of Inspection Request Form (IRF).
 Identification of Concerned Sub-contractors & responsible Persons through Contracts department.
 Mobilization of Concerned Sub-contractors & responsible Persons through Construction department.
 Monitoring the work & Manpower, Target v/s daily progress.
 Hands on experience on understanding Engineering Drawings/Specifications/Codes.
 Responsible to carry out daily site activities as well as controlling and monitoring both skilled and unskilled manpower.
 To monitor the execution of work as per drawing and specifications.
