Key Responsibilities:
• Provide full administration service to the orphan clients.
• Provide solution and answer of all client enquiry and complain if there’s any.
• Helps any promotional events.
• Meeting the clients if the Wealth Manager Is on leave.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients
• Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
• Book and arrange meeting for orphan clients
• Policy servicing for orphan clients
• Keeping up regular contact with clients and look for opportunities to delivering added value to client relationships.
• Deal with client and partner queries promptly and professionally, (telephone, email, letter or other).
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Sending premium arrears notification to Financial Adviser and to the client.
•Taking care of all administrative details, coordinating the flow of work and ensuring that all deadlines are met.
•Process clients’ changes of payment method
•Process clients’ premium decrease.
•Process clients’ reinstatement.
•Process client’s premium holiday.
•Ensure all clients’ premium is paid to date.
•Ensure that all necessary documents have been completed.
•Provide full administration service to the clients as well as to the Financial Advisers
•Sending clients cheques to the different Product Provider.
•Responsible for all client’s cheques - arrange collection, delivery and/or banking (new and existing business)
•Preparing reports.
