Duties:
• Identify and explore Investment, Commercial, PPP, outsourcing opportunities in order to increase RTA revenues.
• Manage Commercial, Investment and PPP projects.
• Manage Financial Structuring for Investment and Projects as well as financial advisors /consulting.
• Liaison with respective agencies to achieve planned project objectives.
• Assist the concerned in developing the Investment Master Plan for RTA.
• Manage and Review the development of feasibility studies and business plans for strategic commercial and investment initiatives.
• Present the results and recommendations of the feasibility studies and business plans to the higher management for their approval.
• Review and Monitor the feasibility studies prepared by the concerned agencies and recommend and advise areas of improvements concerning feasibility studies and business plans.
• Provide necessary support for the RTA agencies with regard to commercial, investment, and PPP projects related initiatives and projects.
• Meet with Partners in order to identify Investment and Commercial opportunities.
• Monitor financial performance of RTA and make required improvement and recommendations to bridge financial and funding gaps.
• Monitor and Review the tendering process for hiring the Transaction as well as financial advisor /consultants for the PPP as well as other projects.i.e. Development of scope of work, deliverables and time line.
• Provide required assistance in reviewing the deliverables of the transaction as well as financial advisor for all relevant projects.
• Participate in the tendering process of PPP projects by evaluating, negotiating and in the awarding processes.
• Monitor implementations and action plans adhered by the section’s team.
• Provide progress reports and reports on performance of the consultants & PMOs as required by Director, CEO and Chairman.
• Monitor and ensure that key performance indicators are development for the section and Department.
• Effective participation and manage steering committees / sub-committees / Teams of various major projects as assigned.
• Perform any other responsibilities associated with this position when appropriate.
