Email communication with clients and liaison with all other departments during the course of business, i.e. Operations and Finance.
Understanding all our vendors/suppliers (including but not limited to hardware suppliers) and establishing positive relationships with them.

Sending Invoices and Follow up due payments from clients.
Ensuring that all payment amounts and records are accurate.
Preparation of Weekly & Monthly Reports.
Handles all Domestic and International shipments of documents and via courier services.
Ordering office/pantry supplies.
Building and maintaining good relationships with co-workers and clients.
