-Served as a reliver to the secretary of the project manager
-In-charge to handle the account of the project manager in FCTS (correspondence tracking system)
-Responsible with the incoming and outgoing correspondences both physical documents or electronically through system
-Screening phone calls, emails and correspondences. Reviewing thoroughly before submitting to the project manager for his review and advise.
-Preparing draft for response to the correspondences received or official letter to be sent to either consultant or contractor.
-In-charge to monitor and handle the outlook email of the project manager on his behalf. Receiving emails and preparing response.
-Arranging meeting and organizing his calendar.

Document Controller (Part time) at ERGA

-Served as a reliver to the document controller for the 3 Public Parks project (Rawdat Al Khail, Al Gharaffa & Umm Al Seneem Parks)
-Responsible to all incoming and outgoing correspondences and submittals related to the projects.
-Reviewing and screening each correspondence and submittals received from clients and mostly from contractors.
-Properly stamping each documents received and recording each in the masterlist/tracker.
-Sorting, scanning and ensuring proper and secure storage
-Ensuring easy retrieval of both electronic and hard copy of documents.
-Responsible for proper distribution of the documents and ensure proper tracking.

VIP Hostess (Part time) at TRINITY TALENT QATAR (For FIFA World Cup)

-Served as a VIP Hostess for VIP Lounges in each stadiums during the FIFA World Cup 2022.
-Receive and welcome guests, and escorting them to their designated lounges, tables or private rooms.
-Check-in guests and identifying VIP’s
-In-charge to give proper lanyards and wristbands.
-Distribute designated souvenir/gift per guest.
