•Creating CNC programs using Sinumeric, and Heidenhein programming controls for 3axis and 5axis milling machine.
•Preparing toolpaths for given CAD data using the software PowerMILL.
•Minutely inspecting the machines part using precision instruments as per the drawing and verify whether it is the given tolerances.
•Preparing planning and process sheet for the given job by selecting appropriate tooling with cutting speed and feed.
•Basic operating of Machines.
•Searching for new clients who could benefit from products in North region.
•Persuading clients that how the product will best satisfy their needs.

•Provide training and technical support for Delcams CAM software’s.
•Preparing toolpaths for given CAD data using the software PowerMILL, FeatureCAM
•Perform benchmarks at prospect site to prove the CAM software’s on CNC, VMC, Turning Centers and WireCut machines.
•Perform demos and to convince the prospect the benefits of the concerned products.
•Installation of the software and to synchronic machine with the software.
•Responsible for the generation of CNC programs of parts utilizing PowerMill for Hass Machines.
•Worked with a team on programming language and training machinist for basic CNC operations.
•Worked on the set up of on-site production of parts.
•Develop high speed machine strategies which saved labour and material cost.
•Analyzed drawings, specifications, to calculate dimensions, tool selection, machine speeds, and feed rates.
•Responsible for handling and leading various projects and completing them successfully
•Developed the CNC machine and increased the productivity around.
•Done duty as Focal person to solve major equipment problems and machine.
•Consulted with managerial, engineering and technical personnel to clarify program intent, identify problems, and suggest changes.
•Made tool set up sheets and work instructions.
•Responsible for operating CNC VMC with Fanuc & Sinumerik control machine.
•Responsible for preventive maintenance of machines.
•Editing of the n.c with appropriate machine speeds, and feed rates.
•Create NC through conventional 2D method for 2D machining.
•Achieving finishing of the job at close tolerance and in given time.
