➢ Report all work orders to maintenance and all problems needing repairs. Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standard. Maintain a regular deep cleaning and fumigation program in OT, IP, ICCU, NICU, Labor Room, a monthly planner consisting of a project a day.

➢ Establishes standards and procedures for work of housekeeping staff.

➢ Plan regular machine scrubbing in all areas including Out Patient departments.

➢ Monitoring waste segregation and waste disposal from all major areas like Labor room, OT etc.

➢ Monitoring laundry, verifying monthly laundry bills, drinking water bills, and other expenses.

➢ Proper documentation of waste disposal and cleaning schedules and training.
➢ Records data regarding work assignments, personnel actions, and time cards, and prepares periodic reports.
➢ Screens job applicants, hires new employees, and recommends promotions, transfers, and dismissals.

➢ Conduct HSE and FMS audit in coordination with HSE Officer
